We have a fantastic new interim opportunity for an
HR Operations Administrator, working with our client: a global Communications Agency.

They are a leader in the communication arena and use data-led strategies to ensure next generationsolutions for the brands and businesses that they work with

As the HR Operations Administrator you will sit within their busy HR Shared Services team providing a first-class service for all of their agencies.

Responsibilities will include:


  • Producing offer letters and contracts in their onboarding system
  • Greenhouse
  • Ensuring new joiner documentation is processed in a timely manner
  • Processing new joiner references and/or background checks
  • Producing documentation required through for employees a (e.g. compensation, contractual changes, leaves of absence, etc.)
  • Producing documentation and managing smooth offboarding for employees
  • Assisting with tracking and producing monthly reports on new joiners, leavers, leaves of absence, probation, etc
  • Monitoring the HR inboxes
  • Building and maintain effective relationships to support all stakeholders

You will need:


  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Sound commercial approach to business challenges
  • An eye for enhancing and improving processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively, transparently and fast within a small team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
This a 6 month fixed-term contract paying up to £29k DOE
