Bookkeeper

JJLee was founded in 1870 making us one of the longest established carton printers in the country and one of the only companies in the South West who can supply full design to delivery services in house.

We currently have a vacancy for a part-time Bookkeeper and are looking for a dedicated, hardworking individual who will fit seamlessly into our experienced team.

Key skills and previous experience are a great addition, but more important is the right attitude and a team player.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;

To undertake a range of bookkeeping tasks and assignments including Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger & Bank Reconciliations
Data entry to purchase and sales ledger
Filing of associated paperwork
Resolving queries by liaison with customers and suppliers.
Chasing customer payments
Paying supplier invoices
Payroll and pension processing and submissions
Monthly management accounts
Filing of HMRC returns

Experience of bookkeeping is essential with at least two years in a similar role.

A good working knowledge of Sage Accounts is essential with experience of Sage Payroll being an advantage but not essential.

Flexible working is available.
