About Our Client:
I am working with a business in the Castle Donington area that are looking for a full time Credit Controller to join their team, on a full time, permanent basis.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and adherence to credit terms.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
- Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers, making informed credit decisions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and optimize credit control procedures.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and recommendations to guide decisionmaking.
The Successful Applicant:
- Previous experience in credit control or a related finance role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and credit management practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyse complex financial data.
