About Our Client:


I am working with a business in the Castle Donington area that are looking for a full time Credit Controller to join their team, on a full time, permanent basis.

The business offer hybrid working and a salary up to £27,000.

  • Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and adherence to credit terms.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
  • Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers, making informed credit decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and optimize credit control procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and recommendations to guide decisionmaking.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Previous experience in credit control or a related finance role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and credit management practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyse complex financial data.
