Overall Job Purpose:

Bringing together cross-functional team members, the responsibility of the Product Manager is to create offerings that are customer-centric, easy to consume and clear for sales and delivery to present and execute with the customers.

Products are designed with scale and innovation in mind, ensuring that the company acts as a strategic partner for our customers and supports our position as a Thought Leader in the industry.

Main Duties of Job:

Be the custodian of the Productivity solutions within our Hybrid Infrastructure portfolio
Identify and document the core requirements of customers and translate these into clear descriptions that can be utilised for product development
Work collaboratively across the teams to ensure multiple voices in the business have input and are clear on a unified product scope. This continues throughout the product lifecycle
Support the structured Product Lifecyle process and ensure all offerings follow the standardise approach
Report on the status of all products in development, the performance of all 'production' services and maintain a tracker for all identified service improvements.
Engage customers directly, supporting sales and delivery teams in understanding the requirements of customers.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Several years' experience of working in a technology services role, with at least five focused on Product Management
Experience of managing Product Lifecycles for technologybased solutions
Clear understanding of Compute & Storage technologies for Hybrid Infrastructure, including Data Protection solutions including Backup, Disaster Recovery, Replication and Archiving
Knowledge and experience of the IT services marketplace and the challenges facing organisations
