Salary:
£22k Salary - plus a generous commission structure

Daily Duties:

  • Compiling personal talent pools
  • Updating our internal CRM system
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Diary management
  • Working with operations, accounts, and marketing departments
  • General administrative duties

Accept Recruitment Leeds are on the market for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their Commercial team.

What are we looking for?

Someone with fantastic people skills/communication. A friendly, positive attitude with the willingness to learn and develop.


Working closely with the Commercial team within a variety of industries and sectors, you'll be offered continued support to contribute and create your own pathway of development along the way.


You'll be working in our modern, recently refurbished offices on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre that offers a relaxed, collaborative environment to be successful.

As a resource coordinator, you will learn and understand the opportunities in recruitment and the resilience required to attain high levels of success.

No previous experience in recruitment is required at all. All we ask for is a hard-working attitude and the willingness to learn, with knowledge of general Microsoft Office and the confidence to pick up the phone
