We are currently working alongside one of the UKs longest leading Information Resource Business for Tax and Accounting, HR, H&S and compliance Professionals.
They have recently launched their new 'Super Coach' initiative to drive success through their customer interactions so that they ensure that they deliver 'best in class service to their client base and drive growth through their sales teams.
Job Purpose:
This role will be to coach and train our established Navigate Tax Team who sell to accounting firms a plethora of products to help keep them compliant and ensure they are the 'Best in Business'.
Leaving no stone unturned A very exciting role, as there willbe opportunity to bring new ideas to motivate and ensure our teams adopt your coaching.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- As a 'Super Coach', you will be part of a network of Super Coaches that will be setting best practice standards across the Group. Your role will be based and representing our London teams for Croner I.
- You will be working with our Tax and Accounting practice and corporate sales teams predominantly to increase quality in demoing, booking demos and closing sales on the day as well and champion 'best in class' in service.
- You will be responsible for increasing demos sat, deals closed, AOV and retention. As well as increase referrals from around the business through coaching, training, and supporting the sales enablement function in providing playbooks and handouts.
- You will also be heavily responsible for delivering our' persona's workshops and our inductions.

- Ability to analyse, organise and present numerical data, e.g. financial and statistical.
- Ability to express ideas clearly in writing, in good grammatical form and in such a way as to be clearly understood.
- Previous Sales Training Experience needed.
- Potential development path into leading a team and so would selfstarter attitude desirable.
