Job Overview
This position is a customer-facing, hands-on cleaning and Team Leading role.

The Team Leader position is a key role within the Operations team where your performance ensures the consistent and seamless delivery of both outstanding cleaning and customer service.

You will be expected to train new starters as well as play an active role in coaching existing employees where necessary and carry out cleaning checks and audits.

You are the first point of contact for our front-line cleaners and are therefore expected to lead from the front in all circumstances, upholding our standards and company values.

Key Information

Monday to Friday 6pm8pm
10 hours per week
Pay rate: £12.50 per hour
Location: BN1 1HW

What you will be doing

You will be the first point of contact and lead a small team of cleaners and troubleshoot for the Area Supervisor
Working closely with the Area Supervisor to ensure our Clients needs are met
You will oversee the evening cleans and assist with employee issues where necessary including providing feedback to the team
General cleaning duties to be carried out in line with Acies quality standards, including but not limited to; Surface cleans, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying bins, and deep cleans
Carrying out clean checks, audits and ensuring all work evidence is uploaded to our App
You will be involved in training our new starters and existing cleaning team
Any adhoc duties that arise due to the needs of the business
