Key Responsibilities

  • Check rooms after cleaning, rectifying any areas not in line with standards before releasing the room.
  • Use HotSos to report on room cleanliness, do not disturb rooms, and refuse service rooms.
  • Highlight any concerns about team member performance or wellbeing to Head Housekeeper so support can be arranged
  • Attend departmental meetings and assist in ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding team performance and goals.
  • Assist in the delivery of departmental training. Ensure the team understands the training and monitor if standards are followed on a daily basis
  • Provide regular feedback and training to the room attendants about room cleanliness to help them achieve the required standards in the required timeframe.
  • Assist in the preparation of room attendant lists in the absence of the Head Housekeeper and Senior Supervisor
