About Our Client:
The Accounts Payable responsibilities will be:
- Day to day processing of accounts payable transactions
- Register invoices and credit notes on our Purchase to Pay system
- Setting up new or amend Supplier details accordingly.
- Responsible for resolving customer queries
- Carry out the weekly BACS and Cheques runs
- Conducting Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) monthly returns
- Processing staff expenses
- Carrying out supplier reconciliations
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will have:
- Experience working in a high volume Accounts Payable team.
- Sound Accounts Payable knowledge
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ideally working towards an accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
