We are looking for a diligent and customer-focused Property Sales Assistant who can assist in managing and facilitating property transactions in the professional services sector.

The role of Administrator:


  • Assisting in the management of property sales and purchase transactions
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions
  • Preparing and issuing sales particulars and schedules
  • Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of property transactions
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives for property listings
  • Providing general administrative support within the property department
  • Upholding a high standard of customer service at all times

A successful Property Sales Assistant should have:

  • A relevant degree or professional qualification
  • Knowledge of the property market and sales process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
