We are looking for a diligent and customer-focused Property Sales Assistant who can assist in managing and facilitating property transactions in the professional services sector.

The role of Administrator:
- Assisting in the management of property sales and purchase transactions
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions
- Preparing and issuing sales particulars and schedules
- Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to clients
- Maintaining accurate records of property transactions
- Assisting with marketing initiatives for property listings
- Providing general administrative support within the property department
- Upholding a high standard of customer service at all times
A successful Property Sales Assistant should have:
- A relevant degree or professional qualification
- Knowledge of the property market and sales process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
