Job description

Working closely with the Operations Supervisor to produce a wide range of overhaul and lineside kits to service Pugh and Sanders and key customers.

Part of a small and effective team within the Kit Room.

Kitting, packing, labelling, and interrogating a wide variety of Kits to a high consistent standard of quality in the warehouse.

Based at Pugh & Sanders Head Office - Burton on Trent.

The individual will be a key member of staff in supporting Pugh and Sanders moto; stress free stock replenishment, quality fasteners, fixings, and kits, increase efficiency and lower your costs.

Responsible for assisting in Kit Production requirements.


Key responsibilities

• Building kits of Fasteners, Fixings & C Class components
• Putting away of Goods Inbound stock in the correct location.
• Stock Checking as required/requested by the Operations Supervisor.
• Interrogation and Investigation of queries using SAP.
• Ensuring finished Kits have the correct Warehouse Location on SAP (Item Master Data)
• Labelling & Item Locations
• All stock within the Kit Room should be labelled.
• Inspection of finished Kits (excluding First Article Inspections)
• Reporting of any stock discrepancies found within the Kit Room.
• Completing Stock Transfers received from the Operations Supervisor.

£10.42 per hour
