Minimum 5 years of experience in a SaaS or Hardware-enabled-service commercial team.
AI Proficiency: you understand how to use LLMs and workflow tools (like Zapier, Make, Clay, Lovable, or Python-based agents) to replace manual labour.
Experience in Data Orchestration; you can navigate SQL, CRM schemas, and data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau) with ease.
Commercial Mindset; you understand the ROI of your efforts and think about how your work impacts revenue.
Understand CRM / Marketing automation systems (like HubSpot).
Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication skills.

The role
Minut is looking for a data-driven strategist to bridge the gap between our Sales and Marketing engines. You will be the "Single Source of Truth" for our commercial data, the architect of our automated future, and the go-to analyst for untapped market opportunities. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives on turning messy data into streamlined, AI-enhanced workflows.
Unlike traditional roles that focus on maintenance, this position at Minut isfocused on evolution.You will have the mandate to experiment with cutting-edge AI tools to ensure our human team members are focused only on high-value creative and relational work.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a company's commercial AI strategy.
What you'll do
1. The Single Source of Truth
Own the commercial tech stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, etc.). Standardise data entry and governance to ensure Sales and Marketing are always looking at the same numbers.
2. AI Workflow Architecture
Design and deploy agentic AI workflows. You won't just automate tasks; you'll build "agents" that handle lead enrichment, personalised outreach at scale, and automated follow-ups across the commercial org.
3. Commercial Reporting & Insights
Own the dashboard. You will be responsible for tracking CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates, providing the leadership team with the "why" behind the numbers.
4. Strategic Market Analysis
Conduct ad-hoc deep dives into new geographic markets, competitor movements, and product-led growth opportunities to guide our expansion strategy.
