We work with a range of Welsh food and drink companies delivering marketing and business development projects.


Day to day activity in the administration of projects including:

  • Liaison with food and drink companies for events and projects
  • Coordinate project implementation
  • Customer care and service
  • Quality control
  • Promotion, maintenance and development of projects.
  • Organise meetings, events, training etc for projects and clients.
  • Day to day monitoring of the project and provision of reports as required.
  • Ensure that the administrative elements of the project are effective.
  • Liaison with mentors and consultants regarding delivery of contracts.
  • Maintenance of company database.
  • Manage procedures for project operation.
  • General project work as required by the Managing Director.

KEY ACTIVITIES/PERFORMANCE MEASURES

  • Servicing client needs and achieving project targets.
  • Timeliness/Accuracy/Quality of work undertaken.
  • The ability to form effective team relationship and rapport with other staff, companies and partners.
  • To meet the various standards applied throughout projects as detailed above.
  • To actively seek to develop one's own potential and skills and those of other personnel in the company.
  • Communicate closely with clients, mentors and staff
  • Have competent computer skills including good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Have excellent attention to detail and maintain the confidentiality of client information
  • The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential
Hours are Monday-Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm


Salary:
£26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
