We are currently seeking an experienced
Pain Relief Therapist specialised in lifestyle management such as weight loss and health screening to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team at our recently established centre in Chiswick, London.

The person we are looking for should have the following attributes:

  • Must have the training and qualifications to qualify for accreditation with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) by completing the minimum national standards of training that adhere to the CNHC Code of Conduct and Performance and Ethics.
  • Must be registered with a professional body recognised by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
  • Resultsdriven and focus on efficiency and excellence.
  • A pleasant disposition, effective communication, and good interpersonal skills are highly desirable traits.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as TM3 will be an advantage.

How will you contribute to our team?

  • Conducting comprehensive one to one assessment with clients, ensuring their comfort and privacy.
  • Gathering comprehensive information from clients regarding their previous medical, dietary and lifestyle history.
  • Analysing and interpreting health screening and diagnostics results to design personalised treatment plans.
  • Recommending suitable nutritional supplements and dietary adjustments to support clients' goals.
  • Providing adequate education, information, and advice on lifestyle, exercise, diet, and nutrition.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records and reports of client interactions.
  • Monitoring and tracking clients' progress on treatment plans.
  • Undertaking general administrative and business management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Actively participating in conferences and training events to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Engaging in marketing and promotional activities to expand the business's reach.
  • Handling financial administration related to client payments and invoicing.
  • Learning the unique features of the different treatment options and screening techniques to advise and offer them tailored individual or combined treatments based on their needs analysis for maximum benefits.
  • Work with the team in developing Omnia as a global brand specialised in pain relief and management.
