If you have a minimum of 6 months experience of working in Property Litigation and are a recently qualified Solicitor seeking a new London role, then read on
My client in central London is seeking a Property Litigation solicitor to join the team. Their property litigation team is headed up by an experienced partner who works alongside another solicitor at the moment.

You should be able to deal with possession casesunder s8 and s21 Housing Act 1988 as well as have experience in relation to ground rent and service charge recovery and knowledge and experience in Lease Extensions and enfranchisement for Landlords and Tenants.

The caseload will also include property disputesconcerning boundaries, rights to light and party wall matters and disputes over ownership of land, trustee disputes.
