About the role
Are you an experienced anti-social behaviour practitioner who thrives on supporting residents by robustly tackling anti-social behaviour?

Do you have excellent communication skills and the confidence and ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload in a challenging environment?

We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen within our Housing Anti-social Behaviour team.

If you have experience of managing anti-social behaviour cases, ideally within social housing, and are ready to help us improve the quality of the service we deliver to our residents, this could be the post for you.


Reporting to the Housing Manager (ASB) and working alongside the Neighbourhood Management Team, the Anti-social Behaviour Officer will play a critical role in supporting our Neighbourhood Managers in the investigation and resolution of anti-social behaviour complaints within NNC's housing stock.
