    Mayhew is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Engagement to cover a maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, communications, and stakeholder management.

    About the Role:

    • Full-time position: 12-month contract
    • Language: English
    • Location: London, UK

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead the development and delivery of integrated engagement strategies that build our community and deliver a seamless supporter journey.
    2. Collaborate with the Fundraising team to ensure engagement campaigns are fully integrated with fundraising initiatives.
    3. Develop and manage brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
    4. Take overall responsibility for Mayhew's website and digital communications, including social media.
    5. Act as the voice of Mayhew, maximising opportunities across media to tell our story, inspire support, and raise our profile.
    6. Provide exceptional stakeholder engagement, building confidence in our expertise and promoting a positive reputation for Mayhew.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in senior marketing and communications roles
    • Experience in developing and leading delivery of strategies across marketing, content, and digital engagement
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, including building long-term relationships and partnerships
    • Ability to motivate, manage, and develop high-performing teams
