£35,000 - £40, % Bonus

Industry leading media events business seek a highly talented senior conference producer to work across their flagship housing conference which attracts 9000 visitors annually.

The housing events team, are a highly motivated team responsible for award-winning expos, summits, conferences and industry award ceremonies and are looking for a senior content producer to join their team in London.

Their portfolio is backed by the leading industry magazines and websites and they regularly excel as showcased at many journalism and publishing awards.

The content they produce across the housing teams tackle issues such as the cost-of-living crisis, climatechange, equality and diversity and the housing crisis.

Senior Conference Producer - Job duties & responsibilities:

Carry out high quality primary research with industry leaders to develop unique programme content.
Organising advisory panel meetings and running programme planning meetings Sourcing, inviting, confirming and briefing the highest calibre of speakers
Speaker care administration and onsite delivery Supporting the commercial team with all content sponsorship delivery
Working closely with the marketing team to generate innovative and amazing content to support conference marketing campaigns
Working with key contractors to deliver highspec AV and production for conferences and events
Shape new session formats that are innovative and interactive

Profile Required:

An excellent track record in conference production 2 years + Ideally excellent networks and knowledge of the housing sector
Ability to meet deadlines and work comfortably under pressure, managing multiple projects
Strong academic background
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Excellent copywriting skills a plus
Must have the ability to manage professional internal and external relationships
Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and selfmotivated
Excellent attention to detail
Entrepreneurial spirit and a readiness to take responsibility for your work
