Are you an experienced sales administrator looking for a new position? Then we have the role for you

Your new role


You will monitor and follow up on deliveries in line with agreed dates as set by the internal sales team.

You will ensure that products or information arrives at the right time and this is communicated effectively to all parties involved.


You will be responsible for:

Provide shipping details and readiness of goods to customers and keep the sales team informed of developments
Continually communicate with suppliers/manufacturers in order to ensure that delivery will be possible on the pre-determined date
Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents etc
Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every customer in a timely manner
Effectively present, promote and discuss the products and services of the company in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs
Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with excellent customer service/communication skills

What you'll need to succeed

Customer Service Skills, be able to manage difficult situations and respond in a timely manner
Demonstrate an aptitude for accuracy and thoroughness
Ability to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
Working as a team whilst showing initiative
