The Software Implementation Specialist will be responsible for onboarding our customers - working directly with them from project kick-off to solution implementation; setting up and configuring systems for each client's unique requirements.

The role will require close collaboration with Solutions Architects, development, and support teams to ensure all phases of the implementation are successfully delivered.

What will you do?

• Understanding the business and technical requirements, as articulated in the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Liaise with the Solutions Architects to successfully translate and understand solution specifications
• Take overall ownership of solution implementation for assigned customer projects, ensuring timely and efficient communication and solutions are delivered to plan.
• Establish implementation capabilities and limitations, performance requirements and interfaces for the end user solution
• Draw on knowledge of our platforms, systems and workflow processes to deliver efficient solutions to meet our customer's needs
• Carry out internal & customer solution testing to ensure efficient onboarding processes for new customers; carrying out rootcause analysis to develop logical conclusions and suggest alternative configurations
• Resolve customer queries, taking ownership through to resolution
• Own the handover of the implementation project into the support organization
• Create and maintain document management processes for customerfacing and internal documents

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in technical software implementation engagements
• Basic knowledge of APIs and experience of software integration
• Ability to multitask between several projects and tasks, while working with changing priorities
• Excellent time management skills
• Proven technical acumen
• Ability to translate technical details to nontechnical people
• Occasional travel domestically and internationally when required
• English language fluency
