With this in mind we have an excellent opportunity for a
Finance Administrator to join our well-established Finance team based at our Vehicle Enhancement Division in Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire on a
10 week fixed term contract.
The main responsibilities are as follows;
- Setting up new customers accounts
- Processing sales orders
- Checking customer purchase orders
- Preparing daily sales figures for daily distribution
- Raising proforma invoices
- Taking credit card payments
- Scanning and attaching documentation
- Daily invoicing and resolving invoice queries
- Submitting invoices onto customers portals
- Generating month end sales order reports
- Customer focused
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent internal & customer communication
- MS Office skilled (MS Excel intermediate level)
- SAP experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Highly organised, and able to prioritise workload
- Team working (team of 3)
