Description
We are looking for a Control Room Operator to join our team based in Leeds.

The hours for this Control Room Operator position include dayshifts 06:00 to 18:00 and nightshifts 18:00 to 06:00.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Monitor all CCTV activations and escalate accordingly
  • Monitor check calls every hour and escalate if needed
  • Ensure all staff book on/off and chase any late calls
  • Make sure all daytoday tasks are completed by the end of your shift (if not possible, add to HANDOVER and state why)
  • Book access visits to guarding sites for clients and their contractors and inform the relevant people, always reply back to the client
  • Perform site checks with our engineers that are onsite with the assistance of IMMIX
  • Escalate operational activity in accordance with SOP's and any contract requirements
Full training will be provided on the above.

Essential Skills:


  • SIA Licence
  • CCTV Licence (advantageous)
  • A commitment to providing firstclass customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good report writing skills
  • Fully comprehensive 5year work/education history
  • Good observation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliability
  • Experience with CCTV and Alarm Monitoring platforms
  • Knowledge of Control Room procedures
  • Competent PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
