Senior Lecturer in Architecture (including the role of Academic Course Leader)

37 hours per week - 1.0 FTE (job share option available)

Francis Close Hall Campus, Cheltenham. Some remote working flexibility in agreement with your line manager.

About the role


The School of Arts at the University of Gloucestershire is seeking to appoint an individual or individuals (job share option), to the position of Senior Lecturer and Academic Course Leader (ACL), to further support the growth and development of our Architecture provision, particularly in securing and maintaining the professional accreditation with ARB/RIBA.


The role offers exciting opportunities for teaching, research and participation in the management and curriculum development of Architecture at the University (M.Arch Architecture).


You will be able to demonstrate your commitment to sustainability, digital technologies and contemporary, inclusive pedagogical approaches and an ability to work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.


We are looking for a collaborative team player who can bring enthusiasm, experience and inspiration to our students and continue to build an inclusive and welcoming academic community.
