About the role:


The UK has set out its ambition to be net zero by 2050 and the energy industry is responding - together we are building a cleaner, greener Britain.

This is a brand new role, reporting to the Head of Connections, and is designed to support the ESO Connections Team to deliver a business as usual activities as well as the introduction of new reform's which will change the current Connections process.

Therole will involve assisting with day-today tasks such as booking meeting rooms, setting up meetings and webinars, coordinate and work with other Personal Assistants and Team Coordinators across ESO, taking meeting minutes, drafting letters and organising travelas well as supporting at industry events and the wider Connections Management team.

This role is based from Warwick and we continue to [1] offer hybrid working from office and home. We are open to full time and part time applicants, as well as flexible working arrangements.

As an indication, existing staff in this area are working in office around 2 days per week, but this is a flexible arrangement which can be flexed both ways depending on business and personal need.


About you:

In this case, we're looking for someone who has:


  • Experience in a secretarial/PA role, team administrator or similar
  • Experience of balancing competing needs of a number of people and ability to prioritise is essential
  • Good IT skills, including use of MS tools
  • Capability and confidence to liaise with company executives on a regular basis
