Overview:


Are you an organised and efficient administrator looking for a new challenge within a friendly team? Then look no further, the Resourcing team are currently looking for a
Resourcing Administrator to support our schools and safeguarding teams.

This is a secondment/fixed-term contract position until March 2024.

No two days will be the same in this varied and fast paced role, some of the key duties are:

  • To provide accurate and efficient administration support to the Resourcing team.
  • To work closely with the Resourcing team to ensure policies and processes are followed.

About the role:


You will take responsibility for all aspects of advertising for schools on our career's site and dedicated social media channels.


You will be also delivering accurate and timely administration of safeguarding process for internal and external customers including processing of the DBS checks.

Any-Desk:


As an 'any-desk' worker, you'll need to be connected to our network to access digital folders and resources, but this can either be from home or an office location when required.

You will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week, depending on your role and team requirements*.

You will also have great attention to detail and have experience of completing multiple administrative tasks accurately and to tight deadlines.
