SALARY - £20,422.50 PER YEAR INCLUDES £972.50 RECRUITMENT & RETENTION ALLOWANCE (RRA)

£55 FOR EACH SLEEP IN SHIFT - AVERAGE OF TWO PER MONTH EQUATES TO OVER £1320 PER ANNUM OPPORTUNITY FOR OVERTIME IF YOU WISH.

THIS ROLE INVOLVES WORKING A FOUR WEEK ROLLING ROTA WHICH COVERS DAYS, EVENINGS, WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS. YOUR CASELOAD WILL INVOLVE SUPPORTING COMMUNITY CLIENTS IN THE NORWICH AREA & RESIDENTIAL CLIENTS AT OUR SUPPORTED LIVING ACCOMMODATION BASEDIN NR2

We are looking for a Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our amazing, dedicated team in Norwich covering central Norwich clients.

You will support people who are going through a difficult time, drawing on your unique knowledge and experience to connectwith others, by helping them discover their strengths and developing skills that will lead to wellness.

JOB DESCRIPTION


As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker, you will have your own caseload and support individuals to engage in the service, to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual key work, targeted recovery outcome focused interventions and person centredplanning.

As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker, you will provide support utilising your fully flexible and personalised approach, acting as a support navigator to make creative use of the resources available to you


As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker, you will empower individuals to exercise choice and control and work alongside people to develop and review robust assessments, safety management plans and recovery support plans.
