Overview of role
As part of the Product team, you will play a central role in the business.

You will be client focused and require good communication, organisation and time management skills to manage both your clients and internal workflow, while always focusing on quality.


You must have a strong sense of client centricity, ensuring we are solving problems and delivering maximum value for our clients.

You will need to balance the needs of existing customers and client requests, with innovation for growth.


You will be responsible for defining the 'why' of the product to be built, being clear about the user needs to be solved and benefits to be gained.

You will start your time at Peach as Product Owner for CARIA and Attribution. CARIA is the industry gold standard TV campaign workflow platform connecting media and creative agencies with media owners.

Attribution, operated under licence from Clearcast, provides vital master data to the industry and enables consolidated reporting for TV across linear and VOD.


We've recently extended further into BVOD and Addressable, with digital advertising workflows and ecosystem connectivity a key area of focus with this role.

You will report to the Head of Product (Sell-side).


Responsibilities and key tasks

  • Work with stakeholders and clients to ensure clear understanding of the problems to be solved
  • Collaborate closely with Peach stakeholders across Product and Engineering to ensure we are solving these problems and delivering value
  • Be well connected with our users across broadcasters, publishers, media and creative agencies to understand needs and trends in the market
  • Identify opportunities to expand the ecosystem creating opportunities for client and partners to integrate with our solutions
  • Define customer discovery schedules, execute discovery and feed into our customer discovery roadmap
  • Capture, track and synthesise feedback and research
  • Help to form our Product backlog for our sellside solutions
  • Input into setting our roadmap for the sellside portfolio and supporting our product vision
  • Ensure features have measurable success criteria against which adoption and value can be tracked

Essential experience

  • At least 3 years experience working in a software in a B2B environment
  • Previous experience working for a Broadcaster, Media or Creative Agency highly desirable
  • Experience working in advertising technology/industry, particularly digital campaign management
  • Good understanding of the advertising technology landscape, including knowledge of ad platforms and programmatic advertising
  • Experience managing the backlog for a product
  • Experience managing and evolving API products
  • Experience defining user stories, requirements (both functional and nonfunctional) and acceptance criteria
  • Experience conducting discovery with customers
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Product discovery and roadmap tools
  • Experience using data visualisation/BI tools
