The Role
The role of the Customer Relations Advisor involves investigating and resolving complaints.


Responsibilities

  • Investigating the timeline of a complaint
  • Liaising with internal and external sources
  • Identifying the department responsible
  • Requesting feedback from the department if applicable
  • Categorising the route cause of the complaint
  • Maintaining a database for recording the route cause
  • Assist in identifying trend and improvement opportunities resulting from complaints
  • Handling complaints from start to finish
  • Adhoc tasks which may arise to support the department

Personal Specification

  • An eye for detail
  • An unbiased fair approach to investigating complaints
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work within SLA's
  • A flexible approach to work
  • A desire to consistently strive to improve the service Integral provides.
  • Working knowledge of Integral systems (desirable but not essential).

Pay:
Up to £30,000.00 per year
