Senior Case Worker, you'll join our friendly and supportive team of social/health care professionals based at
-
Frimley Park Hospital on the Hampshire/Surrey border. You'll enjoy the benefits of engaging with people in a face-to-face environment, working alongside colleagues in a supportive space. There will be plenty of opportunities to collaborate and share learning with peers, whilst building positive relationships with service users through your reviews in the community.
  • Using a personcentred approach, you'll use your knowledge of strengthsbased practice to focus on people's resourcefulness and abilities and enable them to develop the best strategies to face life's challenges and live independently and safely in the community. You'll also need strong relationship management and negotiation skills to collaborate with service users, their families, providers and other health care professionals. As a Senior Case Worker you'll support more complex cases and provide coaching and mentoring support to Case Workers.
