Description

The role:

Ensure quick and efficient responses to all customer enquiries, including service and technical issues
Getting quotes from suppliers for stock & parts for manufacture
Check orders are correct prior to production
Keep the CRM up to date
To complete quotations in a timely manner using the order processing software
Assist Sales Manager sourcing new sales opportunities
Chasing late/ missing deliveries
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm
Have experience using fenestration order processing systems such as window designer, evolution or similar software
Current or recent experience order processing windows and doors
Excellent attention to detail
Be able to manage own workload
Excellent customer service skills
Be computer literate
