Moore Barlow is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our leading (_Band - Chambers & Partners, Tier - Legal 500_) Personal Injury Team in Southampton.

We are ideally looking for:

  • A Senior Associate with prior experience of managing a caseload of claimant serious injury matters. Whilst we are ideally seeking a Senior Associate to join the team, we will also consider Associates ready for their first Senior Associate opportunity (meaning we can consider individuals typically with 5PQE+, although we are focused much more on individual experience and quality of work so this is provided as a very rough guide only).
  • Familiarity with time recording and being responsible for a fee target
  • Engaging, empathetic, and friendly communication style, with the ability to interact confidently with clients (and their families) who are going through a very difficult time
  • Creative problemsolving skills; able to think outside of the box with a willingness to help others in the team.
