Job Title: EL/PL Fee Earner

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented EL/PL Fee Earner to join our defendant personal injury team in Manchester City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for legal professionals to take their career to the next level in commercial practice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of fully litigated EL/PL files
• Handle Multi Track to Catastrophic Files valuing up to Multi Million
• Independent caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability files
• Collect evidence for court, draft witness statements, issue proceedings

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have law firm experience as a Personal Injury File Handler for litigated EL/PL files. We welcome applications from Junior Associates to Chartered Legal Executives.
