Reporting to Windtech's Head of Business Development for the UK and Europe, our projects administrator will join our dynamic London team to assist with business development and administration activities for the region.
Since 2017, we've grown our office significantly, both in terms of headcount and revenue and are now a leading wind consultancy in the UK.
Our London team is fast paced, quick thinking and entrepreneurial, working as a key consultant on large and complex construction projects.

The role has the dual functionality of assisting with client relationship building and executing administrative tasks in an organised and time-efficient manner.
The role
- Business Development_
- Relationship building with current and future clients (architects, engineers, developers)
- Using Microsoft Dynamics to initiate and manage current and future client relationships
- Arrange CPDs and presentations with clients
- Assist with organising occasional company events
- Office Administration_
- Process documents including drafting, formatting, finalising and filing
- Process invoices and expenses
- General Administrative Support to the Regional Manager
- Managing and ordering office supplies
- Create travel itineraries for events and conferences etc.
- Manage team timesheets
Essentials
- 1 year + experience working in professional administration or in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Not afraid to speak to and meet new people and comfortable communicating with clients over the phone, on video call and in person.
- Strong in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Takes pride in being efficient, organised and resourceful. Has an ability to multitask, prioritise, and a high sense of urgency when required.
- Willingness to learn about the construction industry and our technical services.
Preferable Criteria
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM). E.g. Microsoft Dynamics
- A general understanding of the Construction Industry

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
