Key Responsibilities:


The IFM Financial Controller is keen to allocate responsibilities pertaining to the Finance System Migration project to all permanent members of the Finance team.


The benefits of this approach include:

  • Input into the new system from the existing users, across levels of team.

  • Therefore, responsibilities have been allocated from across the existing team.

In addition, there may be scope for the individual to support on the following ad hoc tasks the IFM Finance team will be responsible for over the coming months:

  • Mobilisation of new contract reports, including British Land.
  • Financial audit (e.g. preparing schedules as requested by the auditors).

Accounts Receivable Migration Support


Alongside this role, a plan will be developed to allocate additional responsibility for debtors reporting and certain variations billing from the Accounts Receivable Manager (Louise Wishart) to the temporary Assistant Accountant (Daniel Ampong), to createshort-term, additional capacity within the Accounts Receivable Manager role to support the system migration.

In addition, Daniel Ampong will continue his work on the data cleanse of the standing information in Access Dimensions during the term of his contract.

Rocio Rienda will return as the permanent Assistant Accountant later in the year following her maternity leave.

She will resume responsibility for certain variation billing, as well as assuming responsibility for additional client reporting to assist the burdenin this area once the temporary Senior Management Accountant has completed their term.

This was planned and communicated to Rocio prior to her maternity leave as part of her career development strategy.


Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience:


  • Essential_
  • ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification to newly qualified or final stage level.
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Highly computer literate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven experience of building relationships with both Finance and nonFinance stakeholders.
  • Experience with one or more ERP systems and how they interact.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
  • Available immediately.
  • Desirable_
  • Previous experience working on a Finance system migration project.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience working with Access Dimension.
  • Experience with SQL reporting.
  • Experience with Power BI.

Other Considerations:


The role will be primarily home based, however will be required to work from Gracechurch Street office on Wednesdays as a minimum in line with the existing IFM Finance Team.
