Site Team Leader - CIS Contractor
Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
37.5hrs a week.
Company vehicle
£12.50ph
We are have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team, we seek a dynamic and enthusiastic Site team leader to oversee multiple works within the local area.
You will be responsible for a small team on small construction sites, managing safety and quality of works, you will work within a team to complete tasks.
Works vary between repairs & maintenance, groundworks & fencing installations.Experience within the construction industry is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Daytoday management of operatives, ensuring good working practices are adopted
- Complete works with your team
- Prestart meetings
- Toolbox Talks
- Managing your team and their safe working area
- Plan day to day resource requirements
- Communication with site managers with progress updates
- Work alongside other contractors
Requirements:
- CSCS Card (required)
- SSSTS Qualification (preferred)
- Full UK Driving License (Essential)
- Selfmotivated and have good communication skills
- Safety Awareness
