_We are now recruiting for a Food and Beverage Supervisor Apprentice at Delta Marriott Huntingdon who is dynamic and passionate to join our F&B team_We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and grow within the hotel. This is ideally for someone who would like to jumpstart their career in the exciting world of hospitality
As an apprentice you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals. You'll receive hands-on training and guidance, whilst gaining a level 3 Hospitality Supervisor apprenticeship standard.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership across all of the hotels outlets including Bar, restaurant, special events and Room Service.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
- Leading our operational team to deliver outstanding memories on the most unique of occasions.
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and actively ensuring guests expectations are met and any queries answered.

This will involve a Regional Trainer visiting you in the workplace on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your apprenticeship.
To become an apprentice, you must:
- be 16 or over
You can start an apprenticeship whether you're starting your career or want a change. You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.
Future Prospects:
On successful completion of the apprenticeship you may be offered a permanent position with the opportunity to progress within the company.

Maths and English A-C - level 4-8

Things to consider:
Hourly rates will then be reviewed and realigned when the apprentice successfully completes their course.
Due to the nature of the business you will be required to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
You must ensure you have suitable travel arrangements in place to get to the place of work in a timely manner.
