An opportunity has risen at PW Living Ltd for multi skilled tradesperson to join our team.

PW Living is focused on providing property maintenance services for housing associations, local authorities and agencies.

Our services include responsive repairs, planned works, void repairs, wide range cleaning and grounds keeping.

About the Role


Multi trade capable person who can attend and resolve various works ranging from basic trades to miscellaneous day to day maintenance.

It is of great importance to be able to communicate in a written (digital) and verbal manner.

Responsibilities include

  • General maintenance repairs ranging from plastering, painting, decorating, tiling, basic carpentry, window/door repair, lock changing, basic electrics, basic plumbing and completing various other day to day repairs/maintenance within properties and community areas in and around London.
  • Carry out general repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, void properties, and occupied properties.
  • To achieve and demonstrate a great level of customer satisfaction by attending the work within the agreed time range and communicating with staff when necessary to successfully complete the work.


Your focus will be on providing great customer service whilst complying with relevant regulations, standards, and PW Living organisation procedures.


You'll receive and complete assigned tasks, working efficiently and safely in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience within a Multi-Trade role
  • Excellent understanding of a Multi-Trade Role
  • Working knowledge of tools, equipment, common appliances, and devices
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods to achieve best outcome.
Working Hours

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (overtime available)


Salary: 35k-40k depending on experience
