Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading organisation in the private parking industry, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as an Appeals and Administrator Support.
You will be responsible for investigating, assessing, and responding to written challenges, complaints, and queries related to parking charge notices.
The role of Administrator:
- Investigate, assess, and respond to written challenges, complaints, and queries
- Maintain high standards in all interactions
- Adhere to set guidelines
- Provide regular updates to your manager
Duties include:
- Issuing notices in our client's system
- Responding to appeals and placing them on hold
- Managing the organisation's inbox and addressing queries
- Organising and sorting incoming mail
- Assisting with payment processing and transfer of liabilities
- Supporting the team with adhoc duties
The ideal Administrator:
- Excellent command of the English language and strong letterwriting skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated discretion and sensitivity in complex situations
- Professionalism, dedication, and a willingness to go the extra mile
