A rare opportunity has arisen for a Divisional Managing Director for our Capital Private Finance Mortgage Services Division. Excellent Commission Scheme & Car Allowance.

This opportunity will suit an individual who has previous experience of operating at a director level to lead, build and enhance this already successful team and create opportunities for those within it.

You will be working alongside the senior leadership teams of Hamptons and John D Wood Estate Agency and the 113 strong branch network to support their high net worth clients.

You will also be part of the wider Countrywide Mortgage Services leadership team.
We are looking for someone dynamic, driven and relentless in their approach to achieving success.

You need to bring a proven track record of managing leaders to be the best they can be, inspiring change and ultimately deliver a high level of sustainable performanceand generate profit.

One of the main initial focuses of this role is the recruitment and retention of our existing sales force and build on their continued success.

Ensure that the business maintains best practice and adheres to all relevant legislation, promoting a consistent, high quality, customer-focused approach to business processes ensuring that the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) are adhered to atall times.

Key Responsibilities

In conjunction with the Countrywide Mortgage Services Managing Director implement, monitor and evaluate business plans to achieve sustained growth in line with the company's strategic objectives.
Create and shape the sales process, marketing and overall strategy for the division.
Delivery of key performance indicators across a balanced business scorecard.
Recruit, develop and retain a team of high performing Mortgage Services Sales Managers and Mortgage Consultants in line with the Company's recruitment plan.
Work closely alongside the Managing Director, Countrywide Mortgage Services to ensure a consistent and joined up approach is adopted in respect to all business development activities.
Work closely with the Group Training Directors and to continually review the training & development needs of all team members.
Ensure that the business maintains best practice and adheres to all relevant legislation, promoting a consistent, high quality, customerfocused approach to business processes ensuring that the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) are adhered toat all times.
Deliver a challenging and rewarding environment which encourages staff to continually add value, improve ways of working and develop and grow personally

Background, Experience and Qualifications

Experience in a Senior/Director management role with responsibility for a team of regulated Financial / Mortgage specialists and Regulated Supervisors, ideally within an estate agency / retail / banking environment.
Proven track record in leading, motivating and influencing senior leaders and creating a great place to work environment.
Good perspective of financial services, estate agency and retail developments including latest technology developments.
Relevant Professional qualifications to fulfil the role e.g. minimum Certificate in Mortgage advice and practice (CeMAP) or industry recognised equivalent, preferred Diploma qualification / QCF Level four exam standards.
