Company Description
TAG is passionate about education:
offering inspirational, creative and insightful tuition to all. We teach the full range of ages and are looking for speciality tuition alongside all-rounders to join our lovely team in our colourful classroom
The TAG Tuition Classrooms are split into Primary and Secondary School levels, located in central Blackheath.
Our classrooms have turned into a thriving little community hubs where students and parents come from over 20+ local schools.
We specialise in creative, inspirational academia with a personalised touch. The TAG Team like to call it stealth education; the students often don't even realise they're learning and they're excited to come back to their next lesson, brandishing complete homework as they walk in
We run Homeschooling, Private / Group Tuition, Holiday Schools and Events and Seminars (think lectures, theatre performances etc) and everything we do is infused with fun and warmth.
Role Description
You will also have access to our Founder and Classroom lead alongside a whole library of in-house lesson plans. We run classes Monday - Friday: Homeschool hours 10am - 3pm and

TAG Tutor Role
TAG Tuition is hiring for tutors who love education as much as we do. Someone with a sunny disposition and a knack for organising and making students feel seen.
Our values are positivity, inclusivity and fun - if this aligns with you then we would love to discuss the job role further.
Although not a deal-breaker, we are looking for tutors with experience, a knowledge of the national curriculum requirements and alternative methods of teaching (VARK model, Montessori etc).
Expectations
As the first point of interview, you will be asked to submit what you believe to be your best lesson plan.
Amy will review your plans and invite you to an informal zoom interview in order to learn more about your experience and methods of teaching.
Upon successful interview, prospective tutors will then be invited in to the classroom for a paid trial lesson overseen either by myself or senior management at the TAG Classroom.
From this point, TAG Tutors are expected to fully plan and prepare their own lessons ahead of the scheduled lesson time.
Write an assessment for the first lesson with new students and keep a track of the content and any feedback from lessons by using our internal lesson scheduling systems.
