Our client is a leading fashion content brand with a rare and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Project Manager. Working with the Creative Director and team of dedicated and passionate individuals, the position is pivotal to the creationand execution of their diverse and pioneering content. Working closely with the Creative Director, Directors & Photographic Assistants the position provides essential support to a high performing team, to ensure the smooth running of a busy studio and onlineplatform. Offices are based in central London.

THE ROLE

DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Daily liaising with and coordinating workflow for all departments.
  • Daily calls with the editorial team to plan workflow.
  • Chairing twiceweekly team meetings (currently over Zoom).
  • Diary planning, including launches, shoots, internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinating with social team to receive asset to deliver to project contributors.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with contributors.
  • Industry awareness to be able to suggest new and exciting people who could contribute to projects.
  • Planning and filling seasonal fashion week live panel discussions.
  • Production of live panels alongside the 1st and 2nd assistant including being on set.
  • Building and maintaining project timelines and ensuring all staff keep it maintained and uptodate.
  • Working with the Creative Director to ensure recurring seasonal projects are planned and filmed.
  • Working closely with the Fashion Film department to oversee and ensure postproduction is managed as efficiently as possible.
  • Requesting of all assets necessary from design department (titlecards etc).
  • Overall support for departments where required.

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritising and managing multiple projects and timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a common sense approach to problemsolving and be solutionoriented.
  • A proven track record in project management within a presentation or creative capacity.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
  • The ability to liaise effectively with senior level clients in order to interpret and put concepts into practice.
  • The ability to harness relationships both internally and externally.
  • Cando attitude with a focus on highquality delivery.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE

  • Knowledge of the fashion or creative industries
  • Experience working with creatives and high profiles
  • Experience wth online publishing/web experience
