We are currently seeking full-time or part-time staff to join our team at Seats, If you're looking for a front-of-house role that offers flexibility around your studies, then this is the perfect opportunity for you Our bistro is a vibrant and friendly establishment, and we are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, hardworking, and eager to contribute to our small team.
Key Details:
- Role: Front of House Waiter/Waitress.
- Shifts include weekdays, evenings and weekends (Wednesday to Sunday).
- Ideal for someone who has finished school/college and is taking a gap year OR someone looking for a role around their studies at university or college.
- Start date: September.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails and nonalcoholic beverages.
- Deliver food orders promptly and ensure highquality presentation.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and attend to customer needs throughout their dining experience.
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred.
- Capable of confidently taking orders, making and serving drinks, serving food, and clearing tables.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well as part of a small team and collaborate effectively.
