Opportunities at HOPE


Obviously, we don't want people performing at the basic level which is why we base our bonus structure around a lucrative point system.

Every time a fundraiser acquires a new long-term donor for their chosen charity, they gain 1 point.

The money raised is going into child abuse protection programmes, kids' cancer programmes and research to stop premature birth which kills around 1 million children every year which I'm pretty sure you would agree needs to be stopped.

Not only is the work we do extremely rewarding, but it can also be very lucrative.

Our point system works like this:
10-14 points - This is the minimum required standard - £350

15-19 points - £500

20-24 points - £800

25-29 points - £1100

30-34 points - £1400

35-39 points - £1700

(Paid Weekly)


You could probably imagine that acquiring 20+ donors isn't a hard task once you have learnt the fundamentals of sales/fundraising.


We offer ongoing training and support to all our team members so that they are always reaching their full potential.


Progression
We want every member of the team striving for the higher positions within the company.

We plan on opening 15-20 offices throughout the UK with plans to operate in Australia and Canada which is why we are looking for motivated individuals to take these positions.


Our progression model works as followed:

Stage 1:
Professional Fundraiser - £250 - £700 a week

(Promotion to stage 2 = 20 points consecutively for two weeks)

Stage2:
Site Manager - £500 - £1400+ a week

(Promotion to stage 3 = Ecosystem of teams hitting 200 points consecutively for two weeks)

Stage 3:
Campaign Manager - £1500 - £2500+ a week

(Promotion to stage 4 = Two successful campaigns being managed)

Stage 4:
Office Owner - £5000+ a week

Salary:
£22,000.00-£67,000.00 per year
