What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

Leading all HR processes and administration required to maintain a highperforming team
Working alongside the Head of People to provide firstline advice to employees
Managing all HR data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy
Ensuring all contractual changes are captures in the payroll data base and issuing relevant letters in a timely manner
Manage recruitment process end to end, liaising with agencies and proactively promoting vacancies internally and externally
Managing all stater documentation and processing employment contracts, RTW's and new starter documentation
Supporting managers with probation reviews
Provide advice to staff in relation to HR problems / issues / queries
Supporting on the management of appraisal framework, ensuring appropriate communications
Conduct exit interviews and analysis
Promote wellbeing activities and services across the organisation
