Description

We are a small family-run nursery looking for an enthusiastic practitioner with good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage to join our friendly team working with children in our new setting.

Good communication skills with children, parents and colleagues, with the ability to work in a small thriving team. You would help carry out planning, observations and assessments for this group.

The nursery caters for 14 children between 3 months and 5 years old.

You will:

Provide the children with a safe, secure and homelike environment
Operate a key person system and liaise with parents, carers, and senior staff
Plan, organise and implement a programme of activities to meet the needs of this age group and each individual child's needs and interests
Work as part of a highly motivated and professional team.

Desired:

Hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification
Be flexible and creative and have the commitment to provide firstclass childcare
Have the ability to promote good practice in a professional manner
Have good organisational skills
Have flexibility to work as required in a small team

Job Types:
Part-time, Zero hours contract

Part-time hours: 0-40 per week

Salary:
£10.60 per hour
