Chase Evans Residential is a well and fast growing estate agency with offices in London, Hong Kong, Singapore. Currently managing over 3'000 residential properties in London, we have a team of inspection specialist in London and we are currently looking for a coordinator to book inspection for the team and upload document.

Other duties will include:
- organise and conduct weekly property inventory and snagging
- booking inspections for the team and do some inspection yourself

Managing the planification to make sure all mid term inspections are completed and target are hit

- upload report onto the system
- confirm and generate invoice
- be the point of contact for property handover and snagging report to do
- assist the maintenance engineer in booking his week of work and invoicing to reach target

Pay:
From £35,000.00 per year
