Working with brands such as Lynx, G-star Raw and LG their services include strategy, campaign management, creative production and influencerpartnerships.


As a Growth Associate you will promote, enhance and protect the companies reputation, specifically within the context of new business opportunities and new client relationships.


You will work closely with both the MD and the Growth director, will sit in all meetings and will have the opportunity to learn various skills on the job.


  • Help the MD prepare for client meetings, writing agendas, taking note and assisting with prep and presentation
  • Create value by connecting the business with commercial and creative partnership briefs
  • Learn to develop engaging strategic responses to client briefs
  • Help with contract negotiations
  • Ensure each deal is agreed within the required timeframe, and that you understand both parties' needs
  • Research and identify trends, build an understanding of the sector and wider landscape
  • Learn to track and report on several business metrics
  • Support the development of the new business database and partner network, utilising the CRM
  • Report and map prospective client opportunities
  • Regularly update and develop case studies and sales materials to showcase successes
  • The team of 5 work remote, meeting in a WeWork office across London once a month _
