Administration Crawley £20k - £22 k DOE plus many other benefitsI am currently working with a pension's giant based in Crawley. Due to increased workloads they are looking to increase their Pensions Administration team.
This role would suit administrators who are looking to start a great career with a company that will fully support and reward them.
Experience in Pensions Administration is not essential as long as you have great administration experience and want to join an exceptional company.

Responsibilities:
- Building client relationships to ensure you are assisting them and supporting to the highest level
- Responsible for a wide variety of Administrative duties
- Helping to resolve any customer queries and enquiries.
- Ensure you are up to date on legislations and regulatory requirements.
- Support opportunities to retain business and ensure customers have all the information required before making decisions on their plans.
- Provide alternatives to customers to ensure they have all options before making a decision
- Provide statements and updates of pension plans to customers
