Are you a qualified teacher with a passion for working with SEN pupils?
Would you like to join a team of incredibly well trained teachers and support staff on their mission to enhance the quality of life for their young learners?

This is a full-time, permanent role and you will working 8:30am - 4:30pm to ensure that all pupils have the correct supervision and support whilst on school campus.

This school has continuous support from the senior leadership team and specialist colleagues.
You will be paid to scale.

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and highly motivated classroom practitioner to engage and inspire a class of learners with SEN through high expectations and eclectic and accessible teaching methods.

The successful applicant will work in a Communicationand Interaction Class that specialises in a variety of communication approaches, supporting children with complex communication and associated behavioural needs.

We need practitioners who can build trusting relationships and provide security to vulnerablelearners and who are able to communicate clearly, confidently and demonstrate resilience in the face of high-pressure circumstances.

Qualified Teacher Status.
Experience of teaching within special educational needs.
Excellent communication and organisational skills and a practical approach to engaging pupils.
Be passionate about teaching children and young people with SEN.
Ready for the challenge and excitement that a new provision brings
Have ambition to take on additional responsibilities and leadership.
