Position Title:
Maintenance Handyman

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (some nights & weekends required)

Essential Job Functions

• Assists with maintaining the building
• Basic plumbing
• Plastering
• Tiling
• Locksmith
• Monitors and replaces light bulbs
• General Carpentry (required)
• Flooring repair and installation
• Performs basic plumbing and electrical work and determines when further attention is required
• Minor electrical work and repairing of electrical switches

- painting and overall maintenance of the office facility

• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
• Identify and report the need for major repairs
• Routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues when necessary
• Performs other maintenance duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills
• 35 years' work experience (preferred)
• Must have basic understanding of how things work (facilityrelated)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multifunctional tasks
• Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure
• Ability to use standard powered and nonpowered tools

Required Education and Experience

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Possess reliable transportation to and from job sites ( use their own vehicle )
• Possess appropriate tools to complete each task
• Manage their own work and time efficiently

Compensation

Fuel and materials will be covered by the company


Job Types:

Salary:
£163.50-£173.13 per day
